Both! We are very happy to transfer logos onto merch that you source, but if you want us to deal with all of that we can source just about anything. Reach out for a quote!

Yes, we can create simple logos, adjust existing designs, and prepare artwork so it prints correctly, including resizing, colour changes, and file setup for printing. Our design support is focused on making artwork print-ready rather than full brand development.

Note however that we are not professional graphic designers and don’t offer in-depth branding and logo design services. If you need a professionally developed logo, we recommend working with a graphic designer first, then coming back to us for printing.

Once you approve your logo design 2D logos have a 7-10 business day turnaround, while 3D logos are 4-5 weeks for the first order, but 7-10 business days for any subsequent orders using the same logo design.

Absolutely! For both 2D and 3D logos we can match any Pantone or CMYK codes.

If you've had heat transfers on your gear in the past and seen this it was likely a DTF or vinyl based material. Our advanced 2D printing technology negates the need for a substrate to be printed on (other than the garment itself), and therfore there is nothing that can crack or peel!

Our 2D logos are rated to last at least 80+ washes, while our 3D logos are rated for 50+ washes, though in reality they both last a whole lot longer than that. In most cases they outlast the garment they are printed on provided they aren't exposed to high temperatures (see care instructions).

Our transfers are suprisingly robust! The most impartant thing is that they should NEVER be ironed. Additionally we recommend avoiding hot settings on your washer and dryer to increase their longevity.

We use a proprietary system that is a hybrid of traditional sceen printing and heat transfer processes. With this we gain the advantages of both speed of productoin as well as pin sharp desings that won't come off your garments or degrade in the wash.

We source high quality silicone for sharper edges or TPU for more rounded flowing edges

Let's be honest, embroidery is pretty old school. It has its own look and appeal but we believe that we have a product that looks and feels better without any of the drawbaks of embroidery, including:

• Our 2D logos are virtually weightless (you won't even notice its there)
• Like the raised nature of embroidery? Our 3D logos give you that tactile feel and feedback. Our 3D patches can even make raised effects on top of already raised regions to give it an even more textured look and feel with incredible sharpness.
